Holiday Shipping Cutoffs
UPS Standard Shipping, UPS 3-Day Select Shipping, 2nd Day Air Shipping & Next Day Air Shipping will not arrive in time for the holidays at this time.

Free Standard Shipping* is available on select orders over $99!
*Free shipping is available only on orders over $99 shipping within the continental US states and without oversize items. Oversize items include kayaks, surfboards, paddleboards, skateboards, cargo racks, and other similar items. These and other oversized items are not eligible for free shipping. In addition, free shipping is not available on orders shipping to APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, or Hawaii addresses.
Excluding any holidays, orders will usually be processed on the next business day after you place your order. If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will not be processed until Monday. If your order is processed over the weekend, UPS will not pick up until Monday. Please do not count weekend days in your shipping estimates. Some products have longer processing times and may ship from various locations which add additional processing time*. Any shipping transit times are in addition to the order processing times. After we process your order, we will ship your package using the shipping method you selected on your order.
*Note: Some items have longer processing times. For example, some Toad&Co, Mountain Khakis, and Patagonia products may ship directly from the manufacturer. Those items will have a slightly longer processing time (including on expedited shipping orders). Once those items have shipped from the manufacturer, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for those items. These items may be shipped separately from other items on your order and may arrive in multiple packages.
Please note, select items fall into our "Oversize" shipping category due to their size and/or weight. Our standard shipping rate for anything in the Oversize shipping category is $24.95. This shipping rate will be applied at checkout unless you opt for "In-Store Pickup". These items are also not eligible to ship to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
SUPS & KAYAKS
While we would love to ship these products all across the country, we are unable to do so at this time. All SUP and Kayak purchases must be picked up from one of our store locations. All locations do not stock the same items so it may take some time to get your purchase to your preferred location. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
We are also unable to ship large car rack items like cargo boxes and some cross bars. Yakima items that are unavailable to ship are listed in their product description under each individual product.
Due to limited supply, Carver Skateboards are limited to one per person. Any orders with more than one will be cancelled.

Expedited shipping is not available on orders shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, or Hawaii address. Please provide an accurate street address for prompt delivery of your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
The shipping methods on an order are only based on the item in transit and do not include processing time. The delivery estimate on your order is not a guaranteed shipping date due to order processing delays across our vendors, weather-related shipping delays, or other factors beyond our control. We use UPS for most order delivery. If you are using a PO Box or APO/FPO/DPO address, these orders will be shipping out USPS. Here’s an example of estimated delivery times for your order if it is received on a Friday before 12 midnight:*:
- Overnight Shipping* - if the product is in stock, estimated delivery is next Tue. (1 business day transit + 1 business day processing).
- 2-Day Shipping* - if the product is in stock, estimated delivery is next Wed. (2 business days transit + 1 business day processing).
- Priority Shipping* - if the product is in stock, estimated delivery is next Thu./Fri. (3-4 business days transit + 1 business day processing).
- Standard Shipping* - if the product is in stock, estimated delivery is within 5-10 business days (4-9 business days transit + 1 business day processing).
- APO/FPO/DPO, Alaska, or Hawaii Shipping* - if the product is in stock, estimated delivery is within 10-12 business days (9-11 business days transit + 1 business day processing).
Once your order has shipped, we will finalize payment and we will send you a shipping notification email with tracking information details. Please use a valid email address during checkout when ordering to help ensure you can receive order-related messages from us. We only send order confirmation and shipping emails about your order unless you sign up for our sales & event list emails too. We respect your privacy and honor your communication preferences - don't worry about us selling your email or spamming you.

At this time we do not ship internationally and only ship to US addresses. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses with longer processing times and longer shipping times. To help reduce shipping errors and delays, provide an accurate street address (please do not use PO Boxes for shipping) for prompt delivery of your order.
We are located in South Carolina and Georgia. Unless otherwise stated that items are shipping directly from the manufacturer, your order will ship from either South Carolina or Georgia via UPS. Below is an example of estimated shipping days if your order ships from our Distribution Center located in North Charleston, SC. Please allow extra time to the below map should your order ship from one of our other store locations across the state. This does not include processing times and is only an estimate. We are not held responsible for any delays in the times below due to weather, UPS or any other reasons outside of our control.
